Children in our neighborhood develop their bright minds at Bailey Station Elementary, West Collierville Middle, and Collierville High School. In addition to award winning schools, retail shops, and restaurants, Halle is located a short drive from the historic downtown Collierville Square, which is ranked among America’s most scenic town squares.

An Arnold Palmer designed golf course meanders throughout Halle, making it one of the only golf course neighborhoods in West Tennessee. To help keep our neighborhood looking and feeling like the best Collierville has to offer, we have appearance standards each homeowner is required to maintain for their home and lot.

Any change or update to the exterior of a home, including roof replacements and landscaping, must be pre-approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before work begins. The Architectural Control Guidelines are available below for reference.

Before starting any project, please download the design review application below, fill out, then email to [email protected]. Someone from the ARC will promptly review your application and reply with the next steps. Typical response times are <24 hours.

Friendly reminder: Parking of Commercial or Company vehicles is not allowed on neighborhood driveways or streets for reasons other than short term service work being performed. Citations will be issued for violations, and may include fines.
