To help keep our neighborhood looking and feeling like the best Collierville has to offer, we have architectural standards each homeowner must follow.
Any change to the exterior of a home must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). The Architectural Control Guidelines are available below for reference. Before starting any project, please download the design review application below and email the completed application to [email protected]. Someone from the ARC committee will review your application and reply with the next steps. Note: Minor repairs and maintenance using identical materials and colors do not require ARC approval.
